Eventmap maps out future growth

With support from Invest Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland’s business development agency and our own continued investment, we’re going to be creating an additional 10 jobs in Belfast this year as we further expand our development teams. This will ensure that we have the capacity to continue our accelerating product development and service our expanding roster of clients in higher education.

Announcing the expansion, our CEO, Dr Barry McCollum said: “This is an exciting time for the company. Opportunities are opening up for us not only in the education sector but also within many areas of the public sector and in large-scale manufacturing – in fact, we see possibilities for our technology anywhere where very complex organisations can be made more efficient. Our recent success with Sultan Qaboos University in Oman – the largest university in the Sultanate’s expanding higher education sector – reflects this potential and is an important stepping stone for us in developing additional business in the Middle East and other important international markets.”
