COVID-19 and EventMAP

A company update from EventMAP.

At EventMAP, the health and well-being of our customers, employees and partners is paramount and as the unprecedented situation with COVID-19 unfolds, we’d like to update everyone on how we are operating at the moment with regards to the pandemic.

As of Wednesday 18th March, all our team have been working remotely and we’re happy to report continued smooth operation of the business. The nature of our business has made remote working reasonably straightforward and at this time we don't anticipate any specific issues going forward in terms of response times and ongoing operations. Everyone at EventMAP has adapted well to this new working situation and has pulled together in a remarkable way.

Currently, EventMAP landlines are being diverted to staff members’ mobile phones. As there have been intermittent issues with mobile networks in the UK, please email info@eventmapsolutions.com if you're having trouble getting through and we’ll ensure your message reaches the right person immediately.

We will be closely and constantly monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary.

We’d like to send our thoughts to everyone directly affected at this time – in particular, NHS staff across the UK who will be facing unprecedented challenges in the months to come.
