Terry is based in Melbourne, Australia, and has a stellar career in strategic facilities planning across Australasia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. He has developed and implemented numerous innovations in the way organisations plan and model their estate to meet current and future strategic challenges and opportunities across the education, health and Government sectors.
Terry has significant experience in the application of asset optimisation strategies, ensuring organisations meet their estate objectives, and maintain or improve user experience while delivering real cost savings.
Terry is also highly respected as a learning space designer with a partnership approach to learning space planning and design. This has resulted in numerous examples of innovative learning environments that are producing graduates with a highly relevant work ready approach to collaboration and problem solving.
Terry has a passionate commitment to achieving estate planning goals with the optimal use of infrastructure, balanced against the need to keep users’ satisfaction rates high. He is a regular presenter for local and international estate conferences as well as a contributor to relevant industry publications.
