NHS Education for Scotland Choose OPTIME Booker for their Room Booking Needs across Scotland

We are delighted to announce an exciting new engagement with NHS Education for Scotland (NES).

‍NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is an education and training body, and a national health board within NHS Scotland. They are responsible for developing and delivering healthcare education and training for the NHS, health and social care sector, and other public bodies across Scotland. They have a Scotland-wide role in undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing professional development. The contract to supply NES is particularly exciting for EventMAP as it expands our ongoing association with the healthcare sector across the United Kingdom.

NES required a room booking and management solution that was both flexible and could be deployed easily across multiple sites. They specified the need to integrate with room located screen displays. OPTIME Booker is a fast, efficient, and feature-laden room search and booking tool that provides a one-stop-shop booking tool. It gives NES all the flexibility they require. Booker has been designed to make the booking process very straightforward, and allows users to effectively utilise and book meeting rooms, teaching spaces and even car parking spaces if desired, providing a one-stop-shop for all of NES current and future resource booking needs. Booker’s powerful real-time reporting features allow NES to stay on top of what is happening in their spaces and harness that data to make more effective space management decisions.

Because Booker is a cloud-based application, its flexibility is further enhanced for NES needs. NHS Education for Scotland, has facilities located across Scotland, and needed to implement a solution that allowed for available space to be located and booked across the nation.
