EventMAP is looking for QA, Testing and Support engineers to join our ever-expanding team and work closely with our development and support teams, further improving the quality of our optimisation and scheduling platforms for our user base. EventMAP work across a range of sectors including Education, Health, Government and Media.

As a QA, Testing and Support Engineer, you will:
- Ensure quality in our software services and features, working closely with our development teams
- Participate in, contribute to, and continuously improve Agile processes
- Serve as an internal representative and Quality Advocate at EventMAP
- Conduct functional, non-functional and exploratory testing
- Follow the lifecycle of a bug, from initial report to the creation of a regression test
- Create and maintain internal QA documentation
- Operate within the support team to provide a first line of support for tickets raised
Skills & requirements
Essential Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Great analytical skills and experience with software regression testing
- Experience in developing and maintaining manual test plans and strategies
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in creating End-To-End tests using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar End-To-End testing frameworks
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of automated testing in software development and its application
- Experience of Performance testing and test coverage tools
- Experience of Penetration testing
- Experience with Azure Pipeline Devops
- QA Testing Qualifications and certificates
