Eventmap deploys Academic Suite into Sultan Qaboos University, Oman
After a successful competitive tender, EventMAP has secured a contract with Sultan Qaboos University in Oman to deploy its entire academic OPTIME Academic product suite.
It’s been quite a month at Eventmap HQ! The big news is a significant win for the company: Sultan Qaboos University in Oman, where we’ve just secured a substantial contract to deploy our entire Optime suite of products. It’s set to be one of our largest ever sales and our success in a competitive tender against some very stiff competition is a huge vindication of the strengths of our combined product and consultancy offering.
The university, which opened its doors in 1986 and is located in Al Khoudh beneath the Oman Mountains, is home to over 15,000 Omani students and is the largest (and only public) university in the Sultanate’s expanding higher education sector.
