EventMAP and MPAV partner to provide seamless hardware deployment solution for Booker

We’re delighted to announce that we have added a further string to our ‘Booker’ bow – by partnering with AV integration specialists MPAV to offer clients a fully turnkey hardware and software option for Booker installations.

Booker is our powerful, highly flexible room-booking system, with a user interface that’s been designed from the ground up to work beautifully with room display panels, large lobby displays and self-serve kiosks – helping users make efficient use all kinds of spaces including meeting rooms, classrooms, training rooms, clinic rooms, labs, hot-desks, etc., with features that include an intuitive ‘walk-up and book’ capability.

We’ve chosen to partner with MPAV as they share our core values of providing great customer service and support, and have an extensive track record of delivering at scale. This new partnership means we can now deliver a much broader implementation and support structure for clients, as interactive screens running Booker can be specified and installed on site as part of an overall deployment. This, of course, means that clients can benefit from a fully-tested, highly-integrated solution that ensures seamless delivery, and can significantly cut costs and deployment times.

Back in April we also announced a new partnership with Spectra Displays, who will provide the high-quality touchscreen display panels used in the solution.
