EventMAP values customer engagement and feedback

We are continually considering how to enhance our engagement through the development and reinforcement of value added relationships with our customer base.

On the back of continued major growth throughout 2023, we are announcing the establishment of dedicated sector focused user group forums. These will add to the established engagement and communication channels already in place.

We value the trust our customer base has placed in us to deliver the best possible solutions and take this responsibility incredibly seriously as we look to chart out the next phase of Company development and growth.

The focus of these groups will be twofold. Firstly, to receive feedback on how we can improve all aspects of our products and service, and secondly, to help inform our solution and Company roadmap going forward.

We are planning to have the majority of these meetings face to face i.e. a combination of hybrid and in person. We therefore look forward to seeing all our customers within this forum very soon. With this in mind, we will be reaching out in early 2024 to all sectors and look forward to strengthening the relationships we have created.

This important initiative further underlines our focus on client relationships and the influence these have on our overall development and growth strategy. As such, this engagement also has a significant influence on our sales strategy meaning new customers can be assured their influence will be valued within the wider EventMAP family.
