New Team Member Reveals EventMAP’s Lofty Ambitions!

Adrian Gough joins EventMAP as a Senior Client Engagement Manager.

Having over 20 years’ experience of working within the education sector domestically and internationally, Adrian brings a breadth of knowledge and understanding to our rapidly developing engagement team.

Commenting on his appointment Adrian said, “at a time when there is so much instability in the supplier market, with takeovers and acquisitions, it’s an amazing opportunity to join a company that retains its independence, culture, and drive to set ambitious goals for itself now, and on into the future.”

Adrian joins EventMAP at an exciting time characterised by accelerated planned growth and transformation within the business. In response to unprecedented market interest, EventMAP continues preparing to scale-up operations worldwide. Importantly this interest is based on our proven track record of exceptional service and software.

Our ambitious plans will promote further innovation and development across all the sectors we work within. In cementing EventMAP's position as an industry leader in the provision of excellent service and software, institutions across the globe will benefit from implementing innovative, leading edge, research enabled software solutions.

Adrian’s role will assist EventMAP to succeed in fulfilling these lofty ambitions. Internally, Adrian will identify areas where processes can be refined and made more efficient to the benefit of clients and staff. Identify areas where change, and adoption of new processes and staff, will help the business to scale up. Key aspects of Adrian’s client facing role will include acting as liaison between our clients and the company through several new initiatives, including account management, an online user forum, and regular user groups and conferences. Adrian will also work alongside experienced EventMAP staff in the engagement arena, responding to tender’s, managing the onboarding process for new clients, and communicating with existing domestic and international clients.

In conclusion Adrian said, “there are great challenges ahead, I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and help the rest of the team meet EventMAP’s aspirations. I’m particularly looking forward to getting to know more of EventMAP’s user community on a personal basis.”
