University of South Wales select our full Optime Suite to manage all aspects of their Educational Management and Planning

We are very pleased to welcome the University of South Wales (USW) to our growing Optime family.

The University recently embarked on a search for a scheduling solution to consolidate, optimise and improve their approach to Course Timetabling, Room Booking and Exam Scheduling activities. They required the new system to provide a highly automated scheduling and booking service, encompassing venues, all curricula activities, students and staff, with the provision of reporting capabilities, timely notifications, and the ability to effect change quickly and efficiently. The integrated scheduling of all activity was recognised as being important, as well as the need for easily accessible personal calendar views for staff and students.

After rigorous review, we are pleased to announce the University of South Wales has awarded the contract for this work to EventMAP Limited and will be using it’s Optime suite of applications.

We are delighted to be working with USW, which follows on from a number of recent successes across the university sector. We are looking forward to strengthening the partnership with USW as they implement our sustainable optimised solutions.
