University of Sunderland has selected the Optime platform
EventMAP is delighted to announce that the University of Sunderland has selected our Optime platform to support a programme of transformative institutional change in timetabling and resource scheduling.
The University will implement Optime Timetabler, Exam, Booker and Ceremonies in a phased rollout designed to replace its existing legacy systems. This initiative will underpin a modern, integrated approach to managing academic timetables, examinations, room bookings, and ceremonies.
By adopting EventMAP’s cloud-based solutions, Sunderland aims to deliver greater efficiency, visibility, and consistency across its scheduling processes – enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing the experience for students and staff.
EventMAP will work in close partnership with the University throughout implementation, from configuration and data migration to training and go-live support, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to the Optime platform.
This partnership represents another milestone in EventMAP’s mission to empower higher education institutions to achieve transformative institutional change through innovative scheduling and optimisation technology.
