Gill has been the highly respected Managing Director of QTS since its inception in 2018. With over 30 years of experience in Estates and Facilities, her track record is second to none. She has served as the Director of Estates & Facilities for an NHS Trust and has been involved in feasibility studies, design and construction of major capital development programs, and successful business cases.
Gill's extensive experience includes managing PFI projects and traditional NHS capital schemes. She has a proven ability to lead turnaround teams in challenging environments, focusing on performance and resilience. At the Board level, Gill has led Estates & Facilities services within the NHS, encompassing property, capital delivery, and facilities management services. Additionally, she spearheads external work for clients.
