EventMAP space modelling consultancy to begin at University of Bristol.

EventMAP are about to begin a Resource Evaluation Mapping (REMAP) space modelling exercise for the University of Bristol.

July 24, 2017

Continuing with a busy summer for the company, we’re about to begin a Resource Evaluation Mapping (REMAP) space modelling exercise for the University of Bristol.

We’ll be taking data from the University’s existing timetabling and planning systems and using our bespoke tools to build 10-year projection. Using a dynamic model that uses powerful, accurate ‘what-if’ scenarios, we’ll be able to demonstrate the most optimal ways of mapping their changing requirements for teaching spaces with existing and planned resource and emerging changes to pedagogic approaches.

EventMAP’s REMAP service is a combination of knowledge, process discovery, data modelling, scheduling, scenario analysis and interactive reporting. It explores how the requirement for, availability and use of resource can be balanced with the needs of curriculum delivery to ensure an enhanced student and staff experience.

The University will be provided with expert structured advice on how best use can be made of their available resource and will provide the modelling tools necessary to inform executive decision making.

If this sounds like the kind of insight that your institution needs to effectively map out their future curriculum planning, you can find out more about EventMAP’s REMAP service here – or feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
