EventMAP software implementation helps NHS Foundation Trust staff return to work

EventMAP has implemented its resource booking software Booker at a leading healthcare organisation’s central London headquarters.

‍Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) provides NHS services throughout a person’s life in physical and mental health, and everything in between, from GPs and hospitals to the community and in their own home. CNWL has almost 7,000 staff providing integrated healthcare to a third of London's population, supplying more than 300 different healthcare services across 150 sites and in many other community settings. The majority of their services are provided in the community, which means treating people in their homes or from clinics close to their home. In this sense they are a very modern part of the NHS. Where community care is not possible, they offer a number of facilities to treat people in hospital or residential environments. They also provide healthcare within prisons in London and surrounding areas.

EventMAP has had a long partnership with CNWL. This has included supporting them with the move of their headquarters to its present location and support for its property and asset management strategy.

This new roll-out of software, to their headquarters, is helping staff to return to work and, in doing so, allowing the use of rooms and resources in a safe and structured way, whilst also ensuring adherence to Government regulations.

The users of the system have found the whole process easy from the setting up of the software to how user friendly the system is to use.
