Informing Strategy: A Data-Driven, Evidence-Based Approach
In this session, Jo will discuss how the University of Cambridge is applying a data-led approach to inform its long-term estate strategy through the Reshaping our Estate programme. She will delve into how detailed analysis, robust evidence, effective use of software and close institutional collaboration have underpinned the development of both the Strategic Estate Framework and the accompanying Strategic Capital Plan. This talk will illustrate how data can be harnessed at scale to support strategic decision-making, identify opportunities, and ultimately shape an estate that meets the evolving needs of a world-leading academic institution.
